Trust Center

Clinics trust Dermicea with sensitive patient health records, diagnostic photos, and financial data. Here is how we protect it, and what you can expect from us as a data custodian.

1. Encryption

All data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS protocols and at rest on secure cloud servers, so patient records and clinic data stay protected both while moving and while stored.

2. Backups & Availability

Automated daily backups are stored in off-site secure locations to guard against data loss, so a single point of failure never puts your clinic's records at risk.

3. Access Controls

Multi-user permission settings let you control exactly which staff members can view EMR notes, invoices, or stock records — so front-desk staff, doctors, and admins only see what they need to.

4. Zero-Monetization of Your Data

We do not sell, rent, lease, or monetize your clinic data or patient medical records to anyone — not to pharmaceutical companies, cosmetic brands, or advertisers. Data is shared only with the trusted infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, SMS/WhatsApp gateways) required to run the Service, under strict confidentiality agreements.

5. Data Ownership & No Lock-In

Your data belongs to you. If you ever leave Dermicea, you can request a full export of your patient files and records in standard formats (Excel/CSV) — at any time, at no extra cost.
